Apotek 57, Copenhagen

Chiara Barla is partner and head chef at Apotek57. Originally from Imperia, Italy, Chiara had more than one life before coming to Copenhagen. She holds a degree in Italian Literature and Masters in Digital Communication. She worked several office jobs before turning to a career as a chef in the restaurant Erba Brusca in Milan. Inspired by the bread scene in Copenhagen, she decided to make the jump and move to the city to hone her baking skills.

Stephannie Liu is head chef at Studio x Kitchen. Originally from Sydney, she has sharpened her knives in Australia, France and now Denmark. Stephannie is truly passionate about food and is inspired by warm homey meals to be shared among friends and family.
