Ayuuk Never Ending Glory

When we first launched in Paris over two years ago (what seems like an eternity now), the world was at a slightly better place, unaware of what was lying around the corner. A few lockdowns later, it felt like a new visit was way overdue. So we packed our suitcase with booze and headed south to the City of Light to catch up with friends. First stop was Little Red Door (ranked 29th on the latest World 50 Best Bars list), where our friend Rory showed us how to make his Ayuuk Never Ending Glory. This is a recipe to share with friends and family!


  • 200ml Ayuuk
  • 200ml Sake
  • 50ml Peach Liqueur
  • 50ml Water
  • Your favorite herb for garnish


  • Add all ingredients into a jar.
  • Leave it in the freezer overnight.
  • Pour into a coupe.
  • Garnish with your favorite herb.
  • Enjoy!
