  • 4cl The Plum, I Suppose
  • 2cl Laphroaig 5 year old single malt, infused with ume, lemongrass, and honey
  • 2cl lemon juice
  • 1cl grenadine syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • 3 drops "The Japanese Bitters Shiso" bitters
  • Yukari shiso salt for garnish


  • Add all ingredients (except bitters and garnish) into a shaker.
  • Dry shake, or use a whisk to emulsify.
  • Add ice and hard shake.
  • Strain into a coupe glass.
  • Add the bitters and a sprinkle of shiso salt for garnish.
