  • 4,5cl Ayuuk
  • 9cl morel broth
  • 1/2 steamed potato
  • 9cl almond milk
  • Parsley for garnish


  • Wash the morels and boil them for about 20 minutes. Add salt, sugar, and bouillon to taste.
  • Wash and cook the potatoes.
  • Mix Ayuuk, the potato, morel broth, and almond milk in a blender.
  • Put ice in a shaker. Throw and pour the drink 5 times.
  • Pour into a glass and sprinkle with parsley.
